The Chechen rebel leader Doku Umarov has announced on the night of the attacks in Domodedovo. Whether he really was, of course, no one knows, but for the Kremlin definitely a good opportunity to "punish and destroy" to denounce the terrorists. Here's the video claiming responsibility
