"Lip Service" is the title of a new 6-part drama series by Harriet Brown ( Mistresses ), due to commence in spring 2010 on BBC.

According to the BBC it is "A modern relationship drama following the lives of a group of 20-something lesbians living in Glasgow, Lip Service stars Laura Fraser, Ruta Gedmintas and Fiona Button.

Cat (Laura Fraser) is a self-assured architect, who is unnerved by the return of her former lover Frankie (Ruta Gedmintas). Frankie is a spirited photographer who is emotionally off-the-rails, attracting trouble at every turn. Struggling actress Tess (Fiona Button) is Cat's best friend and flatmate, who has an uncanny knack of falling for the wrong sorts of women. "

Klingt zumindest vielversprechend und Laura Fraser dürfte den meisten noch aus " Ninas Heavenly Delights " bekannt sein.
